Humidity
Majority of the cities have humidity above 50% irrespective of which hemisphere they belong to. The regression analysis on both the hemispheres leads to better understanding!
-
Humidity(%) doesn't correlate with the distance from the equator.
- Observe that p-value of the linear regression estimator >> 0 (>significance level(typically 0.05)). This means that WE CANNOT say that slope is NOT zero.
- In both hemispheres, a near to ZERO correlation between latitude and humidity.
- No pattern in scatter plot.
-
At the time of data is taken, humidity is centred around almost the same value in both hemispheres.
- In the northern hemisphere, most of the cities are having humidity around 72%.
- In the southern hemisphere, most of the cities are having humidity around 70%.
